Question for whoever can answer me.
I am a first time mom, and I have to schedule my Gender Ultrasound. I always thought your OB would do it. But i know mine doesn't. Can you make the "call" on the day of your Gender Ultrasound? Or at least the week? Or do they just do it based on their convenience?

usually OB do it when you're like 16-20 weeks

@lasharika, I don't know if it is different for me because I am military wife? And they are making me go the the hospital I will be delivering at to get it. My OB told me herself they don't do the gender. And I have to get it between 18-20 weeks. I didn't even get to choose a hospital I wanted to go to. They just assigned me one.

and its not necessarily a gender scan but a anatomy scan to see the babies growth

@babygirl10-11, I put gender because that was her exact words, and thats what my papers say. I am just going off them lol

I would probably call atleast a week before I don't think calling the day you want it done is smart they could be busy

@2novbabies, I got told call at 16 weeks. I am ony 14 and a few days. But I wanted to know if i can choose the date or atleast week. I have family that wants to be here for the gender because we aren't releasing it to anyone else until Christmas day.
