have bad a headache all day. I don't like using tynenol at all. Grr ready for bed.

put a heating pad on the back of your neck when you lay down. it always helps me

I don't have a heating pad. I have a rice bag that I can heat up tho. would that work?

I've read multiple places and also done myself, that drinking gaterade can get rid of a headache just as efficiently as Tylenol if you don't want to put that into your system!

drink some pickle juice dill.. it helps alot
