I am 10 weeks and I always feel like little wave or something on my lower stomach. is that baby or jus a muscle spasm? this will be my first baby, so I'm not sure how it feels when baby moves.

prob. the baby. I felt it around 9- 10 weeks with baby #2 & they told me at the Dr. office it wasn't but I know what I felt
