Anybody else have issues drinking milk & it coming back up looking like cottage cheese ?! Ugh

Yup that was me I found out that I was lactose intolerant with my pregnancy I would always throw up tmi

I can't even have a bowl of cereal anymore

I couldn't have milk even before pregnancy, in cereal almond milk or vanilla soy milk is good, but to drink alone I don't like it... Oh and the lactaid commercials that says it taste just like milk without the lactose, lie... yuck, I thought it tasted nothing the same...

Ugh yes Hubby said let's try the lactaid and I'm like ugh it's nasty!
