Anyone had a c section and cant lose weight or tighten ? I have horrible body insecurities , I Don't fit into any of my cloths anymore and I cant for the life of me look into the mirror but no matter what i cant lose weight ! please help share tips and tricks !

Do you exercise? If you want to tighten it up you need to do ab toning exercises. Get yourself a cheapie gym membership and just work all the machines, you'll lose weight and tighten your body up. The stair master is the shit, it cardio and tones and builds muscle in your calves, thighs, butt, and core. It's a serious work out. I almost puked the first time I used it.

Are you breast feeding? And how long ago did you have your baby? It takes time. Your uterus takes about 4-6 weeks to shrink back to normal, and that's with breast feeding.

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
