ugh pumping for 30 min and this is all I got out of both sides... been pumping allot and let baby nurse too I've down massage ect ect :/ wtf?

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

the milk tea they sell at walmart u can also buy fenugreek pills at Walmart drink water alot of it and gatorade

idk but baby obviously doesn't get enough milk when she breast feeds so I have to give her formula and I hate it so much !

pumping doesn't indicate what you are producing it Sony shows you how well you respond to a pump. and for some women they just don't respond well

Drink mommys milk tea, I literally was going through the same thing and after drinking it once or twice I pump around 10-15oz

Have you tried hand pumping. I hate using a pump Bc it takes forever so I use my hand. I get more milk that way and I get to chose my speed
