@adina565, @ktwins188 my doctor said it was fine. Only Tylenol and Tylenol extra strength though. It's even on my sheet of meds that's allowed and not allowed.

I will have to ask mine cuz I'm tired of taking Tylenol and using icy hot at the same time for my back.

@adina565, it's always best to ask your doctor. @ktwins188 I always check with my doctor. I'm not a crazy person who takes it all the time lol just for pain that won't go away no matter what I try.

that's how I felt about my back out was right breeze to my spine below my rib cage but it was a Saturday and I had just started an 8 hour shift. but at least icy hot smells good haha
