Yes! Freaked me out the first time. Felt like a heartbeat in my tummy.

Feels like a fast strong hiccups or like @taija said, a heart beat. Mine felt like a heart beat in my stomach, then I looked down and freaked out lol. Google told me its practice breathing. I was so shocked! @nerdmamatn

Yeah some women don't feel it, I think the only reason I can feel it is because he comes up so close to my stomach and pushes to one side, that's usually when I catch him doing it. @nerdmamatn
