You can use any free and clear detergent. Dreft is way over priced. It also depends on your baby and how sensitive their skin is. Throw one of her outfits in with your laundry and wash with your regular detergent. If she doesn't break out or have any reaction then continue! If she does, give her a bath and keep using a free and clear one.
