C section went well. Penny is happy and sleeping soundly. My husband almost fainted and couldn't stay in the room during the c section but that's ok. The hospital staff has been so nice it has made it a lot easier. They let me eat a regular dinner even tough my c section wasn't until 1:45pm, they let you pick your own meal so I picked something light and bland and it was great. I was surprised how good the food was. I'm so happy with how everything is going!!! If you are having a c section don't worry it is not that bad.

My husband almost passed out when I was giving birth to my first born. My nurses asked if I wanted anything after and made sure everything was met. They let me take a hot shower after birth. Put me in a room with a king sized bed. Let me pick my breakfast lunch and dinner. I felt pampered lol

Best advice I can give you is when they allow you to walk to get up and walk! So happy everything went great for you!

I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning
