My son is 8 months old he has the hardest time pooping he pushes so hard for where his face gets so red and barely anything comes out I barely give him apples and bananas I don't know what to do he barely goes

He drink juice yet? Give him a little prune juice mixed with water. Always worked for my son.

juice mixed with water helps a lot. like apple juice is good an prune juice .

I would check with a doc first but you could add fiber (like Metamucil )to his drink. .

I would try prunes first since its a natural way to help get things going. If that doesn't work deff see your doctor.
