Just left my new therapist .. She's nice , I didn't say much bc I had to feel her out and reaching back to when I was 11 and got diagnosed is hard ... Feeling numb now , we're going to the mall but I'm not how I usually feel ... I wonder if I can have my papers from New York sent over so I don't have to re explain what has happened 😞😞 starting over is not going to be fun but I need to get better for myself , my son and my husband who has been the biggest support even though at first he didn't have a clue how to handle me like this. He hasn't given up or belittled me so I can't give up or belittle myself 👶🏽❤️ #icandothis
