Usually they can feel and tell. My doctor doesn't do ultrasounds after the anatomy scab unless you need it or pay for it, I'll have one Monday if I'm still pregnant to check fluid cause I'll be over due

My doctor said if you have no problems and are healthy they will not do another ultrasound. They will feel you and they an tell if your baby is head down or not

I get my final one at 37 weeks but my little one was/ maybe still is in breech position butt 1st so that week well determine whether or not I need C section

they usually do another ultrasound towards the very end to determine whether baby is head down or not.

I didn't but my son was always facing down. with my first I went in for my ultrasound at 19 weeks and was facing down went in with this one and he was already facing down and extremely low. Like in order for her to scan his brain I had to pull my undies down farther than I excepted.

My dr did one but he only did because he thought she was booty down
