Help. I've been having terrible mucus stuck in my throat lately and I went to Walgreens and bought their generic brand of Mucus Relief ( 400mg of Guaifenesin). The pharmacist confirmed it is safe to take but when I checked online, it's category C. Should I continue taking it or stop? The mucus is so gross.

boil some cinnamon with ginger and add some honey and lemons drink it warm that helps me alot
