I was prescribed hydrocodone - acetaminophen when was in the hospital I still get pain here and there and I took one for the first time around midnight but I breast feed , is it ok to breast feed again it's 5 in the morning here or is it safe???

Yes they did @mrsmoore but I just don't want him to get any I only took one hours ago but still you know?

buuuut I would do more research, and possibly speak to a dr or nurse if you can

my breastfeeding teacher said that if you don't feel the effects of the medicine that its safe to breastfeed. she said it's the same way with alcohol.

then i think its safe I had three kids and breastfed and was always given that they won't give you meds that you'd have to stop breastfeeding ,but still call and ask if your unsure or worried
