I take a shower every day and before I go to bed I change my regular bra in to a simple sports bra with no pacing or wires , just something to keep the girls together. well since going into my second trimester I've notice every night that I will have serious dried up colusmer (I know I'm spelling it totally wrong lol) but is normal to have a lot only going on 5 months pregnant?
