is your cat darker in coloer? cause that makes it so hard...my one dog would do most his scratching at night. I would treat your cat anyways because most likely she has them and you just can't see them...they are fast little suckers lol
my cat might have them i just havnt seen any or any scratching from her her fur is hard to check, shes grpwing her winter coat lol.
I should mention my one dog is a golden retriever so it was always easy to find them...my other dog is a black lab so I could never see them on him but when one had them I treated both lol.
well I'm sorry I guess I've been lucky because I never once had that happen...I find it odd that your cat does not have any on her or him and that is why I asked. usually with my dogs they will have them on the both of them...I guess I notice it before it to bad gets bad because my one dog has a problem with hot spots so I always check him. if you pet doesn't have them then you will have to treat carpet and furniture which I know can be hard with a little one around
lol mam im sorry but you must be a lil ill educated about fleas because they most certainly do bite people when theyve infested a house they absolutely do. where i used to live fleas were a absolute menace so much so i had to move @eskawho
we have no dogs in the house and our cat strangly has no fleas on her @eskawho i plan on vaccuming and treating the carpet with salt hopefully it works, my babygirls covered in bites :'(
we give our dog a bath with shampoo that not only kills fleas but the eggs as well...we do that every week or two. wash any dog bedding and vacuum every day especially where your dog sleeps and tends to lay down a lot. I wouldn't recommend using both flea drops and collar at the same time...that's a lot of chemicals for your dog...do one or the other. eventually they will start to die off...it won't happen overnight. if your dog is scratching a lot they can take benidryl a couple times a day...ask your vet for the dose. itch spray that pet stores sells can also help.
We have bad fleas at one point from our cat and we flea bombed the house, you can get them at Walmart or etc, and you set them off, and leave for 2 hours, then when you get home, just air out the house for an hour and vacuum and it got rid of them completely!
vacuum everyday with flea collar and that flea drop you out on their backs, and flea baths as often as its recommend, they have flea powder for rugs but with little one I wouldn't recommend that unless you plan to keep him out of the room till its gone had this problem with my pets growing up real bad my parents did all these and it worked
you're welcome...I would say give her a bath but she's a cat and may not go so well lol. dogs are much easier when it comes to that...would she let you put flea drops on her back?
