wow Tylenol?? if you and hubby recently had sex light spotting is normal. the good news is brown blood is old blood. so last time you had sex you could have bled and its just now coming out. did you bleed bright red at all and if so how much?

hubby and I haven't had sex for months. so it's not that. the first time i bled it was light pink. second time I bled it was dark red. and the third time it was dark brown. and I only noticed the blood when I would wipe. there was no blood in the toilet at all. @emmajeremy2627

I've always heard light pink and brown are ok but red isn't. You have two options you could go to er or wait for your appointment tomorrow. I personally would go to er especially being 30 weeks id be scared something was wrong. if you havent had sex or nothing 'in there' then theres no reason to be bleeding... there are so many things on why you could be bleeding even if its only when you wipe @momma588

just saw your last post and the pic in the comments. that definitely is concerning. I'm not a nurse but done a ton of reading. I'm sure its nothing serious but what if it was placenta previa (placenta detaching a little so thats reason for blood) my friend had bleeding at 7 weeks and they thought it might be that, but thankfully it was just a cyst that had popped. Or what if it was something really serious. I'm praying for you and baby

yea believe me I'm scared lol. since this is my 5th baby. and it's never happened with my other pregnancies. I've tried to stay away from Google lol. idk. I might just wait til Tomarrow. if I didnt have an appointment Tomarrow. I would definitely be going into the ER. @emmajeremy2627

well if anything changes movement, cramping, fever, chills, sweating, or blood go to er.

Hope everything goes well and your able to wait til tomorrow. if you are able to wait definitely show your ob that pic.

Thinking of you! Happened to me last pregnancy and it was burst blood vessels in my cervix, nothing serious. Hope the same for you!

Glad to hear you say you will go to the ER if anything changes.

I would not do any lifting at all. If it is placenta previa ,lifting will make it worse. with having two little ones you are probably over doing it like all moms do not picking them up all day probably isn't easy. Try not to if your able. I hope you feel better soon 🙏

It could be a UTI as well. I had bleeding when I had one. Didn't even know I had one because I had no symptoms

I know with the little ones it's almost impossible to stay off your feet! But try to ask much as possible. Hope everything is ok
