please help. it's like when cj was born I had tons of milk but now I barely have any my boobs are soft and empty. I want to boost my supply back up. please help me I'm depressed about this.

just because your boobs are soft doesnt mean your supply is down. just means its regulated. my son is almost six months old and my boobs are only hard when hes gone hours without nursing. as long as baby is having plenty of wet diapers he's getting plenty.
Pump ever 2-3 hours even after you nurse ! Mothers milk tea , fenugreek supplement , blessed thistle and Brewers yeast aslo help to increase milk production and lots of water !
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I agree with @damiensmommy2015 that's one of the reason moms think they aren't making enough milk and quit,mine are only hard if I go hours with out nursing as well
