i know this is a while away but im curious, do you absolutely have to be induced? i mean im doing a home birth, it makes me feel a little more comfortable. but still do you have a choice or no?
it depends on your situation if your to far past your due date then you will need to be its best that you do get it because after a certain amount of weeks past due it isent good for baby to still be in there an if baby gets to big you will need a c-section.
Correct, doesn't have to be "complications" though. I have GD which isn't really a complication and they are inducing me at 39 weeks because it's what they do with everyone at 39 weeks as a precaution. But no they will not force induction on you , you can refuse as long as there's no medical reason to have it done .
@countrymommy0916, so if i dont want to be induced they cant force me unless there are complicationd with the baby and me or just the baby?
You get total say in being induced if it's brought up IF there's no medical reason to have it done.
no you dont have to be induced. only if there are complications, the doctors will want too
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
