question for mommas who have introduced solids.

we've introduced Addi to some solids, with her doctors approval. I since have stopped the solids because she was becoming extremely constipated. my sister suggested giving her some water with her solid feedings. my mom also said the same. is it ok to offer water to her with her solids?

(she will be 5 months on the 9th)

obviously I am going to check with her doctor as well just thought I'd check to see what yalls opinion on this was.
