I do several sets a day as part of my Pilates work outs and they help so much with my restless legs and sciatica

I couldn't agree more! Stretching alone has helped my restless leg syndrome and sciatica. Some days are easier than others. @rebcamdot Starting a routine early in pregnancy was the key, for me anyway. After trick or treating for 3 hrs I thought I was going to collapse and stay down for a week or 2. Surprisingly I felt better. A little sore but nothing major. Good luck with your workouts @be aylinsmommy it's worth it!

@brownieluv, Starting early in pregnancy definitely helped a lot! I was really active before I got pregnant and a trainer, but the first trimester was so rough that exercise was at the bottom of my priority list! Pilates is so gentle and makes me feel strong, I can feel it in my body if I skip it, I always feel better even with only 20 minutes!
