I was just told my placenta is in front of my belly (which is totally fine) I was wondering if anyone else had this and when they started feeling their baby... The doctors said I might not till I'm 18 weeks 😕
I also have an anterior placenta I didn't start feeling my baby at all till 30 weeks I'd feel little thumps here and there now I'm 32 weeks and feel him even more but still minimum I can tell he's got bigger and stronger but I only feel him on the sides not in front and I've only seen him Move my belly 1nce
i had anterior placenta as well! felt flutters at 13w and movement around 18w. and you'll appreciate it once baby is full size! lol. i didn't feel one single painful kick.
It can be in different places near the baby you just don't want it blocking your cervix (that's where the baby comes out I believe) @braylinsmommy it can be more towards your back so it's not aligned with the belly. Not with my organs though... So mine is in front so it's a little more "cushion" between my belly and the baby so I am bound to feel it later the some people... I felt my first two at 13 and 15 weeks
i didnt really start feeling my baby until like 22-23 weeks, my placenta is also in front
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I have an Anterior Placenta, too! I felt flutters and light kicks around 18-20 weeks. It wasn't until around 26-28 weeks that I REALLY felt strong kicks and movements. Now, at 38 weeks, I've felt crazy movement the last month or two. Sometimes it hurts! Especially if she's sticking me in my ribs or kicking me in my bladder, haha! But my placenta probably did keep me from experiencing more painful kicks this pregnancy, so maybe it was a good thing! I just remember always feeling sad and disappointed seeing everyone else feeling kicks and such and I was so behind on all that. But it truly does pick up! By 28 weeks, you'll be feeling baby like crazy! :) I know it seems like such a long time to wait, but I promise you'll get there soon! And you'll look back and think, wow where did the time go? I'm staring to feel sad that the pregnancy journey is almost over!
