I feel like I've tried them all and so far the medela one is my fav only $10 I think it's the same price as the lansinoh one. Breastmilk is free and I tried it and 👌🏻 but it's also nice to keep ur nipples hydrated with the cream. Another alternative is organic coconut oil... It's so good and it's multipurpose so I think it's a good buy.

every time I put the lanolin cream on my nipple they start literally pooring out breast milk! idk if its just the stimulation or what!

Breastmilk works good on dry cracked nipples I also use it on cradle cap :)
