Is it normal that my 2 month old is wanting 4-6 ounces every feeding? With 4 ounces he's never satisfied
Yeah he's squirmy and fussy. He spits up quite off not so so much, but normally after he eats. @junesmommy15 maybe I should just try my best to continue with the 4 ounces, instead of 6 and see how he does
My son did that too. Once I started feeding him smaller amounts he got better and he's just a finger sucker. Although that's a hunger cue, that's not always the case. That could be another thing he does to soothe himself. Does he spit up and squirm a lot.
True, what about when he's chewing on his hand as if he's hungry ? @junesmommy15
About the same. He acts like he isn't satisfied with just 4 ounces he naws on his hand as if he's still hungry and fussy @sarahelizabeth
That sounds like comfort eating. Maybe baby had a tummy ache from being too full. My son did that when I bottle fed him. I was giving him too much and he would feed for comfort to his tummy. Try burping and something else for soothing like a pacifier if you use them.
Yeah I would
