hello moms this may be tmi but i happen to have itchy nipples all of a sudden i barely scratch them n they were kinda hard n started to peel any had a problem like this before?

i got kinda scared im like what is this it was like little hard parts of the nipple coming off now they are sore as hell
it could be that stuff that comes out before your milk dried up on your nipples but it happens all the time to me.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
