@des_a_rayy, and @tae23 translate the following into an equation and solve.. "four times the sum of twice of D and three is 12. find the value of D

4x2(d+3)=12

that's as far as I got. and I'm not even sure that's correct. 😤

Or is it?

4(2d+3)=12

8d+12=12

8d=12-12

8d=0

d=0

It's been way too long since I've done math like this.

I think the second way is right.
