Drink something sweet and lay on your left side and give it 30 minutes

Personally I've noticed my baby is calm(not moving) during the day when I'm active...or she could be I just don't feel it cause I'm constantly moving but at night she is moving away

You don't really need to worry yet at this point but if you are worried, drink something cold/sweet and lay on your side if that doesn't work you can call your doc
