WWYD: My husband's mom and grandparents have gone a little crazy buying stuff for Penny. I love the generosity but it has turned into us just receiving more than we need/ can keep. I'm talking up to 3 boxes a week of clothing, plush and blankets for a good portion of my pregnancy. Also my husband and I are a little frustrated that we haven't been able to pick out a single outfit for our baby due to receiving so much clothing. I am just going to have to start donating to those in need instead of keeping everything. My question is they are also sending us stuff for a much older child, it's cute but we don't have a big place or much storage to keep clothing for 5-10 years until she fits into it. It's cute stuff but should I just donate it? I'm unsure.

@littlelemon, that's what I was thinking, I already know a place by me that I was planning on donating my maternity cloths to and baby stuff once she grows out of it

There are places that specifically take baby and kids clothing for women in need. I would check those out.

I feel upset my mil is keeping the big box of wipes and diapers I received for my baby shower. I honestly feel like she's trying to have my baby all the time. she's keeping clothes at her house and all. she kept a big thing of Johnson Johnson bath stuff saying I don't need it all. I'm getting annoyed and I'm sick of feeling like just carrying my child for someone else to take over. 😔😔😔 I want want my baby to know his grandparents as grandparents and not trying to be the parent.

Where do you ladies shop to get your clothes from? I normally go to the thrift store or this consignment shop and get all of my clothes. They usually always have nice clothes in excellent condition and even new clothes. I feel like I need more dressy clothes that just makes me feel good. I normally wear comfortable clothes because I don't go out. But when we do I don't have much of anything dressy. Any suggestions?
