So, I'm going to throw myself a pity party right now. You don't have to join, I just need to vent. I feel like I'm failing as a mom. My LO is 5 weeks, and if he's not sleeping or eating, he's crying. I don't know what to do. Everyone who told me, "oh you'll know your son's cries and how to tend to him, don't worry! It's like second nature". Well clearly it isn't second nature for me. I haven't figured out what his cries mean. I catch myself getting frustrated at him for being fussy. Then I have to remind myself that he's just a baby and he is just adapting to this world, and it's tough. I look at it like he's "homesick", and wants to be back in my tummy. Again, just needed to vent. No need to join in on my pity party....
The baby might be fussy due to colic so you can try gas drops, gripe water or changing the formula
try taking a b as the with baby. that's what I always do with Sadie. she loves it. when she goes through her growth spurts she gets miserable so we take 2 or 3 baths a day sometimes I just use a ton of lotion on her
@reaganmommy2015, formula feeding. And I am going to look it up now @levleah.
look up "the happiest baby on the block-the 5 S's" on YouTube! Obviously im still pregnant and haven't tried it yet but it's worth a shot.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
