Yes I get super bad cramps! the other day I actually had to take a hot bath to poop my cramps where so intence there like 3-4 Full over stomach pains that I just have to try and breath I wonder what they are or if its just my body knowing my tryna poop and getting ready for it?

They say your intestines get extra sensitive during pregnancy, I was doing that for a while and it sucks thankful itdied down

could it be constipation? try increasing your veggie and water intake...or drink apple juice. when im hurting but unable to go that's what i do...

I don't vitamins seems to help me out on that. if I dont take them I can't use the restroom the next day
