are there any other moms that's having a natural birth?? I'm extremely nervous about mines
@amorasmom check out of indie birth as well. I also recommend reading Sacred Birthing
@flowerless_hippie look up indie birth, they provide free information/podcasts all about natural and unassisted birth- free birth. At first I felt very in the dark about free births but then I found their website and everything I needed to know was there and made me feel so much better. I think it's important to have your partner on board with the decision to have an unassisted birth, I feel very fortunate that my husband has been very supportive in my decision with this pregnancy+ birth of course I always ask for his input.
I want that I stopped going to the hospital I don't believe they have me nor my baby best interest I would really like to try that
this is my first pregnancy and will be my first birth. I am doing it at home. I've done a lot of research and am preparing myself mentally and physically, I've taken a hypno-birthing class- still practicing. Though this will just be my husband and I, I've asked my friend Elizabeth to be my labor coach- her job will be if at any moment I lose my spiritual state she's there to help guide me back. This whole pregnancy I have only had self-prenatal care, no sonograms/ultrasounds nor tests I listen and trust what my body tells me and believe my birth to be blissful and powerful. @amorasmom
I would really prefer that I hate hospitals with a passion
@loveless hell yeah girl!!! That's what I want if I can get the hubs on board!!
I really wanted to do that @loveless have you ever had an unassisted water birth before? are you doing it at home?
oh my really? my sister had twin boys and had to have a c section
that had to suck I'm scared I just know its gone be painful
I did the first time and plan to this time if all goes well. I had back labor which hurt but it felt good to push. Didn't feel when they cut me but I felt when they sewed me back up 😕
its different for all women I've had some people say they didn't feel anything while other say they felt it all
I know my mom and sisters and grandma all went natural so that's something that I'm going for I believe natural is best
That's the idea, but I feel like I'll change my mind as soon as that first contraction hits haha
I am, my mom and aunt didn't get any pain relievers so if they can do it and everyone else since the beginning of time, you can too. Also be able to tell your story
oh well I hope everything goes well with you all good luck !!
This will be my second. I had a csection my first time
Now that I'm having my second child I know that its your body's choise to let you have one I pland to my whole first pregnancy and when it actually came down to it I just laughd at myself for thinking I could Cudose to those women who are that stong!
I most definitely will
