I'm scared to eat so I try not to eat a lot but I'm breast-feeding exclusively. I feel like I'm going to faint sometimes especially when I breastfeed please help let me know I'm not the only one and how to help

You need to eat, breastfeeding moms need more calories than an average person does

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
You gotta eat what you can keep down, it's not normal to throw up when you eat
