@melox_90, don't worry mama , you'll be okay!! If you have a natural birth sit on a pillow, take warm baths , buy tucks , and they should give you numbing spray. Oh and STOOL SOFTENER!!
@melox_90, and that's because I'm 11 weeks PP. π© I can't believe I ripped it π’ honestly the pain right after is intense and uncomfortable but I stopped hurting after a Couple days.. But then again my doctor let me rip she didn't cut me π
