ok mommies i need some help! my hubbys neice goes to a babysitter who has just started dating her convicted pedophile husband again what leagal action can i take since its not my child and i personally havent seen him at the house any advice would be appreciated cause im realy to loose my shit!

Well I would tell your BIL or SIL and if they see him at the house, they should call the cops or remove your niece from the care of that woman.

Generally a part of being a convicted sex offender is that they must stay away from underage children. So he could be in direct violation of his probation.

we have removed her from the care and ber mother has seen him in the driveway but she does not want to report the sitter because she "feels bad" for her and i dont know the address but me she needs to be reported for the safety of the other kids

@babyr7, i just dont know how far ill get without her help reporting what the sitter has told her and that she has seen him there could i use the messages she sent me saying she saw him there as proof ?

Would she still "feel bad" for her if something happened to her kid or someone else's? Report it.

@babyr7, i have no idea and its really sickening to me! me and hubby are at the point of even wanting to report that she has been sending her there knowing there is a register sex offender there and fighting for her daughters custody cause she clearly isnt being a good parent! we are deff reporting the sitter!
