@blessedw7, yes, it was painful. I haven't had a ring in it since the beginning of my pregnancy. It's only a little sore now, no biggie

I've still got 3 ½ weeks so I'm not too concerned about having to take it out when I go in. As long as it takes less effort to have to put it back in afterwards I'm happy.

@shannonb95, My ob told me all facial piercings need to come out before I go into labor in case of emergency i.e. intubation

Yea you will have to take it out in case of emergency c-section... And it looks... Painful 😕😱

I've never heard of having to take a nose ring out in labor but that's just me. Belly ring yes, but not so sure about a nose ring
