I failed my one hour, but passed the three hour test, so it's worth taking just in case you don't have GD and don't need to restrict your diet 😘

@mlmckeeth, it's just annoying because the nurse said it needs to get done tomorrow, I have a full time job, I don't have any pto or any leave I can take to basically miss 4 hours of work, and I already took off 6 hours off work yesterday as lwop... I just don't have the time

Oh that sucks!! It doesn't have to be done within a day though, they should be more flexible with your appointment time. I got my first done, and then an entire week later I had my three hour test. Just call the lab and set up an appointment with them, don't even go through your doctor. As long as she "orders" the three hour test you should be able to schedule it whenever you want!

@mlmckeeth, true, but the lab is only open Monday through Friday from 7:30-6 and I work Monday through Friday 8-5... I won't make it. Regardless I'll still have to miss time from work.

Oh honey I'm sorry 😩 if anything, I'd try getting a morning appointment, get it done before lunch so you can eat (I was STARVING after I was find with mine), and then go to work for s half day if you can!!
