ok so I think my son is teething 😔. ..he has two little white spots on his lower front gums, he's ducking on his fist or his blanket alot this past week, extra grumpy (but not like crying )...but he's sleeping all night so that's a good thing lol...what can I do to help him? and bout how long does it last?
