I have it too and when I asked my nurse she said it was the baby kicks and to be honest I put my hand and I do feel the baby's foot so I think that's what it is it does hurt that's very true

I've been having pain there as well. and I don't have my gallbladder anymore. the Dr told me I could have kidney stones. so I would definitely get it checked out. especially if it becomes worse. better to not wait til it's too late.
good luck 💙

I should clarify - referred pain from your stomach as in from your uterus and it's expansion and everything sort of pressing together like it is.

Worst case scenario, it could be gallbladder pain, or liver related pain from accumulating too many fat stores within your liver - not dangerous by any means, but it can happen more often in pregnancy than you'd think. If it continues, I would make an appointment to be seen. Most testing would most likely have to wait until after the baby is born, though, if it is liver related. Gallbladder issues are pretty common within pregnancy. Chances are, its just referred pain from the pressure of your stomach and nothing to worry about if you have never had pain or issues with the two organs I've mentioned already. I hope I sonewhat helped. Try not to worry too much - drink an adequate amount of water and try eating clean for a few days to see if that helps alleviate the issue if it continues.
