Facebook, YouTube, and Lamaze class @elliebelly 😫 @geladactyl I should have saved up for a surrogate. It seems like it takes forever to dilate to 10 cm and then they have the audacity to tell you to push afterwards

They helped me understand to just stay as calm as I can and breathe. Lol now I won't tell you It's easier than it looks because it's not but breathing is the key. I only snapped off two times during my contractions. That was because of people talking really loud and my mom not calling the nurse when I asked her to. She kept telling me the nurse will come so I shouted just a bit and asked her to call the nurse once more.
