well is nearly 11pm. So the neighbors above me are ready for an all-nighter. stomping around from now til about 4 am. seriously, every stinking night. I have to control myself. it would probably be rude to bang on their door and tell them to put the herd of elephants to sleep. right? lol

I talked to the office. they said I would have to call the 24 hour maintenance line and wait for them to show up so they could listen to the noise. and that there would have to be multiple complaints before they would say anything. I feel like if I waited 20-30 min for someone to show up to listen then the people would just stop in that time. that's my luck.
