what can I do if I don't have dental insurance and have a horrible toothache ?? I'm pregnant and I know the risks to the baby if its a infection, but luckily, I have no fever or swollen lymph nodes, so I can safely say it is not a abscess tooth. just hurts like a bitch. I did notice a canker sore.. and my husband said that the canker sore could be what's causing the pain.

Try and see if there is a dental clinic near you... They normally go by income but are first come first serve and there's usually a long wait.

Maybe try gargle with peroxide. That's what I did when I first found out we were pregnant. I'm just scared of the dentist lol. I made sure to not swallow it but gargled 3x a day on the infected spot.
