Should I pump after I feed her ?? Or before? I'm trying to keep my supply going!! I can pump about 7oz between both boobs right now and my daughter is a week old eating about 2-3 oz every 21/2 hours! 🍼 can any breast feeding veterans give me some tips ?

no the pumping is the over supply and if you stop or miss a pumping time it can be really bad. I've had I don't know how many clogged ducts, mastitis 3 times and I've had to be attached to my pump for a long time for no reason. my daughter won't take a bottle. I can pump still with out having a over supply 4 Oz per side in a matter of 4 min.

Your body will adjust to pumping and and feeding so you'd really only have an over supply if you randomly stopped pumping

you shouldn't pump.until 6 weeks so your supply can regulate so you don't end up with a over supply sounds great but it's really not!
