black shirt... sew in or use fabric glue and add 2 circles on a pair of red shorts... and black pants or tights underneath and some yellow shoes ... and white gloves.

Poor baby! But Mickey can be easy like the ears @kenialove30 showed and then black t-shirt red shorts cut out white circle fabric glue on the shorts :)
