Sex, walking, and squats. I know I didn't even know ibwas having contractions with my first. I kept telling the nurse that it felt like my son wash "pushing" on me and it turned out it was a contraction. Also, this helped with this last pregnancy... Clean for a good hour, have sex then go get in the tub then rest. Repeat till you go into labor.

@karnawest, Ive had 5 in the whole 40 weeks. One this morning and I never had them in the day just at night. Nothing is helping. 😧

Have sex it is supposed to help if he gets his stuff close enough to cervix.

Ok weird one but I heard a regular saline enema. I've heard fleet but that also causes dehydration and that won't be good for either of you
