not sure if anyone else's c-section was as scary as mine but i literally thought i could die at any moment. having 20+ doctors and nurses with these huge machines and tons of lights , it felt like such an experiment. even though they all knew what they was doing and continued to assure me so , it didn't make me any less scared. not to mention i couldnt move my body because the anesthesia, except my arms were so cold i had uncontrollable spasms through the whole surgery which left me sore for days after. I felt them tugging at my body even after my baby arrived & hearing her little cry without being able to hold her right after was tough. it took about 45 minutes for my body to adjust to all the trauma. Although i could easily say that might have been the scariest day of my life, im so thankful for it all. It made me a mother to a precious healthy baby girl & if i had to do it all again , without a doubt ... i would.
