Hey mamas, does your baby sweat on the head when they're breastfeeding?

so does eddison during feeding sleeping really bad and jumping in bouncer. I asked my Dr he said only worry when feeding if it seems like they r over working themselves. which I didn't think eddison was.

no, never a concern. she's chunky so she produces more heat. it never stopped. she still sweats , i just wipe her down after. could be how you're holding him in your arms. I wouldn't worry about it though.

he just turned three months on the 20th ,I think its normal I just wipe it off and take a layer of his clothing off I think when they are younger they don't sweat but produce sweat at certain age just like they don't have tears at first the develop them around a month old

Never been concerned. Babies are people and people sweat it's normal

@mrsmoore, how old is son? I think mine started as of 2mo or so but it was summer time so I didn't think its a concern cause of the temperature right but he still sweats even if the room is cool

@firstbaby_girl, was it ever a concern? When did it stop? During summer time I didn't think it was a concern but I noticed the sweating during the feeding time mainly even when the room is cool, oh and also when he's really active which does makes sense he would sweat but only on his head and his hair gets drenched

@thehowtohippie, ahh okay, did u feel like it was a concern & asked doctor about it? Cause my son would sweat even when he gets frustrated actually or if he's really active
