so...call me weird but i just tried checking myself to see if im dilated. did google search.. read about it and…

so...call me weird but i just tried checking myself to see if im dilated. did google search.. read about it and checked.. down side is.. when i got there i wasnt to sure.. it was alot softer than usual and it did feel like (parden me..) it was expanded a bit.. but ... i aint no doctor..lol.. anyone can help me out.. (not literally) but know what to look for.. ? i think i did an ok job for my 1st try..and if i had to guess i was 1 or 2 cm dilated

she checked me last friday but wasnt dilated and i was going through contractions n stuff for a few days.. i had a pair of hospital gloves.. im always guilty of taking a pair lol @cleeg

You really shouldn't try to check yourself! Risk of infection, etc. Your Dr should check you soon. Within a week or two. Maybe even strip your membranes.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

So this is baby #2 for me and I checked dilation tonight to see if were making any progress. Id say were at a 3 MAYBE a 4 but no contractions and I had no issue feeling babies head AT ALL. Is it normal for me to feel babies head that easily? Doctor explained how to check dilation but did not warn me what to do if it seemed like baby was SUPER low. He only said at 4 cm that I could have her.
