did anyone have trouble sleeping in their first trimester? it seema like i wake up around the same time everynight (about 4) and just lay here woth my eyes closerd willing nyself back to sleep

I didn't sleep any of my pregnancy and still haven't postpartum i have terrible insomnia. you can take Tylenol PM while pregnant I wish I could now but it knocks me out I won't hear sadie

Co sleeping...yay or nay? Lately Molly hasn't want to sleep in her crib and sleep with us. Which is fine but we do want her to sleep in her crib
