Why does heartburn have to come back?!?!?! Especially when I want to sleep!!! As if not being able to sleep on its own isn't enough, lets add having to pee every hour and heartburn to the list! Eh, even then, I can deal with the having to pee and not sleeping but heartburn? I hate you heartburn, you suck! 😣😷🔥

try taking tums or drinking something carbonated really fast half way and let ur self burp like a man XD it normally helps

Try not to lay flat prop up with pillows the acid comes up when you lay down thats why we get it at night the most 😕
